The day I discovered another hand-staining-stench ...

Other than onions and garlic - which made me decide not to do the chopping and dicing whenever I wanna cook (leave that to my kakak) .. never be a smarty pants to eat curry with your hands. Well, although it's much more enjoying to indulge in Indian cuisin with no better way to do it traditionally .. the spices just stains my hands .. and the stench just stays there for a day, and the tumeric makes my fingernails yellow. Now that's attractive.

I've never really been a big fan of the brand for mobile phones .. but I have to admit, the designs are really sleek and style. B-E-R-G-A-Y-A phone .. well, other than the Motorola, yet another "bergaya" phone. And I think I hvae to stop my procrastinations on how un-userfriendly the phone is ... that was based on the samsung clam-phone I used waaaayyyy back like 8 years ago *sweat* - Ok .. I'm sorry.

Results are not out on the web yet .. but I've already checked them all out. Wonder when will Malaysia make it to the tops man ... these babes are toooooo superficial .. too gorgeous to be true! Or perhaps it's jez the deveiving convincing photographs. I've been in a world pageant before .. and yes .. there are gorgeous people .. too good to be true in fact. While we are ... humble.

Every year .. the latinas or caucasians are the ones who dominates the whole pageantry world - their exotic looks, curvacious and yummilicious bods, and lucious curls. But now, the Asians are turning the table around ... we are HOT as well. I have my favorite .... especially on Miss Korea. Va-Va-Voom !!! Every man will die for her ... hahaha ....

Miss Korea - Honey Lee. - Damn pretty lor .. the face soooooo sweet .. badan also damn good! I hope you win gurl ! Gambade Gambade - oopps .. dat's Japanese!

Miss Japan - Riyo Mori. - Also chun-ted .. But don't ya think she looks like last year's Kurara Chibana .. or is it me that can't tell the difference? Nevertheless .. still hot stuff.

Miss India - Puja Gupta. - Nothing new .. sure have high chance. All Miss Indias are alway pretty .. Is it an Indian thing?? Good good sharp features ..

Miss Japan - Riyo Mori is Miss Universe 2007. She's a stunner ... REALLY ! The dress was a stunner .. fashionable and couture .. breaking out of the cliche sexy sequinned gowns each candidate wear every year. Japan did it again ... and the preparation efforts really paid off. I read it through a blog by her organizers (i think .. or whatever you call it) Ines Ligron's Miss Japan Blog - Just basically everything you wanna know about Riyo and Kurara. Man .. this is really what I call true beauty queen in the making ... and the graduation of it.

Congrats Riyo ! - refer to her macam I know her very well. Haha~ I wished I knew her .. so all of you guys out there ... fat chance!

The Top 5 candidates ... Korea's second from left. Can see why she looses out to Japan in appearance/physical-wise. It is a BEAUTY pageant after all. But nevertheless, her sweetnes is too much to handle ... breathtaking !

Last weekend was a working one .. modelling gigs going on that is .. 3 days straight. Need to go visit my beautician for some facial soon. *praying hard for the zits to not surface* For once, we had a long white runway for shows in ol'JB .. and each strut was a chop-chop-and-done one - no more funky choreographed struts -yea! Cool stage .. but slack that's 8 feet high where photo shot angles are damn bad .. but the whole feel was there .. so it was fine with me. Another gig was for the bridal show on Sunday - had to do 2 opening drama scenes. Kinda last minute .. and also my freaking first time .. sooo ... Mango said abit tak jadi laa (i felt so too). Cut me off some slack and give me some credit y'all .. it isn't easy to dance around the stage with no choreographing and practice. Am no pro like Amber Chia who did the D&L bridal shows with full drama-mama power .. but it was still worth the try - elated from my attempt. tee-hee-hee .... *giggles shyly*

Another weekend in ... KL. Relaxing one in fact. It's like 3+ hours away from where I come from and yet I've been patronizing the city more often than the one which is over the causeway. Ironic isn't it. Haha~ Seriously, sometimes I wonder if I am a JB-resident? Haha ... and I refuse profusely to admit that I am from the J.. and very proud of the -14- in my ID.

The plan was to chill .. relax .. meet up with buddies. However, I gave in to temptation again, when the meeting place was in a mall ... Mid Valley to be exact, and once again .. I succumb to retail theraphy ... AGAIN. It's already bad enough when you're doing it online .. having someone messaging you on MSN .. "online spree". Geline, I don't blame you .. in fact, I am so glad I know you .. seriously! I need help .... my temptations are screaming ... HELP !!!!!

But my plans went accordingly .. and I met whom I wanted to meet, to bitch and to update about our so-called lives. Glad to know that they're all doing ... well???

Life here is soooooo nice ... spending weekends are a simply enjoying. Sunday morning breakfast at Ikea .. then enjoy some sun while window-shopping (as if) at the flea market at The Curve, have a couple of drinks ... lunch ... with the company of a few hundred or maybe thousand people walking by ... of all sorts. Variety, Nic refers to it, but I think Vibrant is a more appropriate term. Malaysia is Vibrant .... colorful .... interesting.

Another night out at Heritage Row ... a wonderful dinner at Palacio. Thank Nic!!! I will patronize that place again pretty soon .... Food is awesome! French cuisine .. and the owner is french .. and he speaks English with a twist of French accent ... Sexy!

An early night at Heritage .. not too hype .. just nice, perhaps I was too tired from the afternoon walkathon at Mid Valley. And waiting for Shereen was a drag ... since there wasn't much yummies to look at walking down Heritage. There were babes .. but not that yummy this time round. One thing about Heritage Row .. you get to see/meet people you want to, and be seen by people you know as well. I'm a "tourist" here .. and already I've been spotted by 2 people whom aren't from KL ... Ralph and Zzen. It makes it even difficult to not "Eat and Shit in the same place" .. you go somewhere else, and people still know you're shitting. Haha~ This is not a safe palce to be in. Conclusion .. never shit publicly, or for that matter ... don't shit!

Sipping my martini, enjoying the tunes ... and burning the petals to the candle to satisfy my restlessness. @ Ivy .. this pic looks like i'm in some foreign country .. Brit perhaps?

And after 1+ hour .... we finally got Shereen ... and off we crossed the street to BED.

News Craps

M.O.N.D.A.Y. ..... wow~ what a lovely day *full of sarcasm .. if you didn't notice*

For the first time in like ... weeks? - no.. "months" should be more appropriate - since I've actually flipped through the WHOLE newspaper. I stopped reading it coz I felt that it's sooooo insanely boring and the news are sooooo lame. To hell with keeping updated on what is going on in this world we're living in coz I feel what is being published is so insufficient. Am not gonna state which paper .. but in general. It's either accidents (that's new) , some political ppl squabbling over some mis-statements made (we all say things we don't mean most of the time k) , some charity launch (duh) , someone got robbed .. killed .. died .. (ya ya ya). Boring right .. the world news is too brief as well. Perhaps the only info meaningful in the papers are the business section, but I have never actually read it before, and leisure section. And everybody will agree with me that they got the papers to check on ... (1) Sports Update .. (2) 4-D results .. (3) Stock Market / Warrents prices .. (4) Cinema Schedules.

And today .. I decided to run through the whole paper ... and really, it humoured me. Well, at least it did stimulate my brain cells through the critiques and bitching I made this morning.

News #1 : Renovations to our Merdeka Stadium
Renovation works will be carried out to restore the stadium. 2 things I really don't get it ..
(1) Why in the world would you reduce the number of seats from 45,000 to 20,000 capacity??? We're talking 55.56% reduction here. Is it really that unutilised?
(2) "Manual scoreboards will be replaced with electronic ones" - OMFG !!! I can't believe that we're actually still running it manually? It's already 2007 ... 7 years passed the Millenium Age for crying out loud!
*Thank god we have the Bukit Jalil stadium to justify all that ... *shameful nyerrrrrr*

News #2 : Harder to prevent HIV spread
Why ??? Coz the ministers can't promote the use of condoms openly, and are relying on the NGOs to do so. What the........
Oh come on .. we have to accept the fact that people do .. DO IT .. whether you like it or not, and I believe the starting age of DOING IT has dropped and most people are starting early. Too much influences everywhere. I mean .. what's wrong with condoms? It's not like we do some public campaign to "encourage" people to DO IT. The society has to be more open to this .. to
(1) Reduce HIV and any VD associated with genitalias
(2) Reduce any unwanted pregnancies, hence ..
(2.1) Reduces abortions
(2.2) Controls birth rates
(2.3) Reduce baby dumpings

He rented his credit card to someone for RM150 a month apparently got cheated and bla bla bla ... totally negligeable. Can anyone be so stupid these days ????

I can go on .... but I guess that's enough. Despite my procratination on issue in my own country .. I'm still loving it here and standing proud to be a nationality of this ... interesting country. -Amen.

Dogs .. Boys .. and Hearts

Laziness seeps in ..... I can be such a expert at that. The week has been .. ermm .. unproductive? Why does the hardworking nerves start kicking in at the end of the week? Hmm .. I'm just weird .. but that's just me. Not my fault laa! Even boss blames it on the "motivational-NOT" working environment .. hah!

A plate of Maggie .. couple of eh-hmm nics .. some dinner which is so not dinner .. loads of dog drool from Paris ... and more dog drool from Schnappi ... I let it all set in like some sort of masque theraphy for an hour ... i suddenly had the urge and inspiration to blog. Amazing.

Cheng Keat or Charles or Mr & Mrs Goh (now that sounds better .. I can't bear calling him Charles, it just makes my itch all over) are officially parents .. to their baby daughter .. Paris. Yes... a really beautiful name .. for a blonde babe. Considering that they just came back from their honeymoon in Paris, and the fact that Paris Hilton's a babe and also blonde, the golden retriever was named after it. Very kawaii de nehhh !!! I went over to their place to let Paris drool all over me .. no complaints at all. Charles (arrgghh) custom made a huge cage for her .. and I just had to check it out .. and it's crazy. Steel and could fit half a dozen Paris-s in it! Even the "door" is so heavy to lift! This is what I call ... SIAO!

Paris did come over my place a couple of days ago to make friends with Schnappi .. and according to my maid .. he went berzerk!

Charles: I brought Paris over to your place ler ...

Moi : Really .. how did it go ? Did my dog go gaga and start smelling her "ass" ?

I'm not sure whether it's a Shih Tzu thing or what .. they try to show dominance and agression despite their size. Or perhaps it's an ego problem with small dogs. Similar traits I have seen in Schnappi (shih tzu) .. Gou-Gou (maltese) .. Twinkle (chihwawa). They try to show their macho'ness whenever they can .. but then pussy out when being challenged back. I don't blame 'em .. they never look into the mirror, let alone know what they actually look like.

Am I old or is it that everyone in the modelling industry is young? Sheeesh ! Lethargic is becoming more apparent to me now. I used to be so hyper and tired has never existed in my vocabulary. But looking back .. I've been using the word "tired" in most of my previous blog entries. But then again ... NEVER SAY DIE so easily ! Put oil Put oil ! Had a couple of shooting sessions recently and the male partners are simply delectable.

Both representatives for Mr International 2006 ok .. don't play play. Haha .. But .. No Touchy. It's kinda embarrassing when the people at the shoot come asking me whether am I attached or not, and asked me to consider the cute guys on the set as potential partners. When I tell them I'm an auntie to these boys .. they will still persist and tell me "age is not a barrier" or as my lou-gong-zai Kah Hoong would say "age is just a number" ... Hell NO ! Age does matter man .. especially when they're still considered juvenile. I could go to prison for commiting any act of indecency with them ! Sorry guys .. you're all youthful .. the problem lies with me .. the auntie! If only I was younger ... hahaha~ On the other hand, I'm enjoying this age as well .. a woman's peak in their life!

Life seems so fragile .. filled with so much uncertainties .. and skepticalism is now taking over minds. It generates stereotyping in genders and ridiculous assumptions about one another. One minute they're happy .. next they're not .. it changes overnight. And if someone crawls out from the "zone" to see the brighter side, others have to be skeptical about it. Till it confuses you whether have you actually crawled out or is it just a mirage? Is 2007 the dark age for all relationships? I wonder ... Sometimes you just have to take risks and make choices and take chances .. follow your heart .. and will not regret if it passes you by. It's just a matter of what you believe in. I choose not to be skeptical .. and not see everything positively. Have some faith y'all ~~

Monday BLUES

Slowest day ever ...... one of the mood'less days .. when even my caffein fix wouldn't be much of a help. And that explains the face recognition thingy I've got there. Ok, I've got a stupid pic of me with the stupid fringe which I've been dying to grow it out .. kinda sick of the mushroom d**khead look, althouth at times it does make me look cute??? *roll eyes* It has reached my eyebrows after a month .. grow baby grow !

I even made a search on this Janie Tienphosuwan whom "they say" I look 90% like her. Some Thai celeb it seems .. and apparently she's hot and the pic they displayed did not do justice for her.

A much hotter Janie .. this is what celebs should look like. And she's Thai .. which makes her even hotter ... despite the "kap"s everytime she opens her mouth to speak .... soooooo not sexy at all

The other lady Emmanuelle Beart looks kinda hot as well ... a french actress whom we may never hear or see of coz her filmography states she's been in french films only. Je ne parl pas français ! Verdict: Hell no I don't look like any of them man ! The only person whom I think I look like is my Macedonian friend Jana's best friend Kate. Jana was raving on and on about the resemblace and I was skeptic about it .. come on, I'm Asian .. how the hell does a Chinese look like a European? Features wise is damn obvious that we don't even come close! Until I've seen a picture of her ... it gives me the shivers and it made my hair stand to see the major resemblance of me .. eurasian version of me. Am serious ... "so true that it's not funny".

SO ???!!! Am so ecstatic about my birthday next month .. have no plans on how to celeb it .. as I grow older, it gets more boring .. just dinner plans will do. How nice would it be if every birthday there was a party .. haha .. like in McDonalds or something... hahahaha~ Thought of throwing a party, but it seems I don't have a very free weekend around that time .. and too lazy to organize one or even clean up the mess after the party. I have planned my wish list .. my birthday wish list .. which seems to be very very unattainable. So peeps .. please save up and get me those gifts ! *bu yao nien .. who am i to be demanding .. hahaha*

(5) A wallet .. in demand of a nice one .. since my sistas always complain how ugly my Braun Buffle one is. It's nice to use ok sis ... soft! Due to constant criticism .. i'm now using the tiny cardholder given by my sistas on my previous bday .. which so happens to be damn slim and convenient! Went to Starhill last 2-3 weekends and I set my eyes on the LV zippe and the Gucci ribbon. Basket .. wallets also so expensive 1 aa .. around RM1800+ ler .. *sweat* Save Save Save !!!

(6) Loads of nice smelling moisturizers .. am craving Rosewater collection from Crabtree & Evelyn.

(7) Entertainment system .. comprises of TV, DVD and hi-fi audio set for my room. It jez ain't the same hanging out for TV/movies in the common area

(8) New closet .. bigger one to stuff my increasing number of clothes, bags, and shoes!

(9) Alot of dresses from Forever21 and alot of clothes from WetSeal ... Geline has got me so hooked on online shopping that it becomes a routine to check out the new items almost everytime i come online .. sheeesh !!!

(10) An entertainment gadget to keep me entertained during the waiting period of my modelling shows and make-up sessions .. also during traveling as well. Be it a Pink Sony PSP or a Pink iPod ... or Pink Zen Creative ... pinkies~~ Sudden urge or bimbotic syndrome .. but am so loving the color!

Animals Galore

I don't deny Melvin's quite of an animal freak .. afterall, he owns a pet shop. Newest additon (well, not exactly very new .. got this pic for about 2-3 weeks already) The BEAR. Mel's not quite of a Goldilocks .. but I can see some bonding there.

As much as I love animals too .... except frogs, snakes, lizards, anything cold and slimy and smelly ... yea rite, some kind of an animal lover eh! I don't think I have that much guts to bond with a bear .. giving pats I'm ok, this close .. uh-uh ......

...... and that leaves me to bonding with my own kind ... i was born in the year of a dog. It doesn't mean i am one ok .. neither am i a bitch or a hussy! Meet "wu ming a.k.a. nameless" the schnauzer. It belongs to Melvin .. but it doesn't have a name .. seriously!

Received another mail in my mbox ... from my God-Bro Cameron. I haven't seen him in ages since he has migrated to Boston Baton Rouge ... but we do keep in touch and he calls me like once in a while to chat. So much to update him on .. coz so much have changed in 2007. And ... he's married, well .. engaged to the girl of his dreams .. Khanh. She's Vietnamese .. very sweet girl ! And they bought this piss-ass huge house in HOUSTON to move in together ... so lucky man!!! I also wan to live in a house that big and cosy .... but in Malaysia, we don't really have that priviledge due to limited land and have to get married to a tycoon to enjoy that! or Gan might say .. L**kun .. haha!

Cam always promised to come back to Malaysia for holidays and to see me .... always telling me about his "plans" and "proposed month" and "proposed year" ..... but always cancel on me last minute. Initially I'll get all excited and enthu with jitter bugs all over looking forward to his return with his "girl" .. then comes the anti-climax of "i'm going on a cruise" .. "going to mardigras" .. "going to some beach" ... (i can't remember .. some are made up .. haha .. but mardigras was definitely one of them). Oh come back ... missed your megawatt smiles ! You betta do when i get hitched ! Dat'll be a long enough time frame for him to plan .. haha! Unfortunately, as much as I would love to ... I don't think I will be able to attend his wedding .. US ler, macam very near izzit? My butt will be flattened out from the journey there .. and all my efforts in yoga to "lift" it up nicely will go rolling down the drain. Back To Hell

4 days of eating, partying, shopping .... more shopping, and hanging out! Amazing !! But it jez left a big hole in my bank account / wallet / purse ... *sweat* It'll be a boring entry .. what's new man, jez another trip to KL **whatever .. no biggie** So this will be a picture-blog .. Enjoy !!

The ever gorgeous Haflin .. Esh jez awed when she saw her. Next time when I go to KL I won't meet up with her .. esp at Asian Heritage Row .. coz she'll be sooo gorgeous, and me as the outcast shadow of hers.. hahahaha *kidding laaaa*. Am so proud to have gorgeous friends k. Btw, love the dress ... GORGEOUS !!!

Thanks Rizman for the amazing spa treat ! Just what I need after a "hectic" schedule last month. Cyberview Lodge & Spa @ Cyberjaya. A retreat from the busy city of KL .. and also a rip-off ! Hey .. good things don't come cheap man! But definitely very relaxing .. can't get the same after spa result from the usual commercial spa centres. Still can't help laughing at the fact that he was so suaku seeing squirrels running free at the resort! So typical city dwellers !!! Thanks again man .. it was fantastic !

And after 3 nights and 4 days in KL .... back to Hell. As FangTin always say .. back to the "dark gloomy city" .... come on, it ain't all that bad ..... *roll eyes* see.. even the sky is dark !
