As promised, pics from ClubMed Cherating. Nothing to scream about .. not like it's ClubMed Maldives or Japan or Middle Eastern, or a "atas" holiday like Banyan Tree just recently visited AGAIN by babe Geline. Bloody envy that woman, keep traveling !

ClubMed is such a pain and wouldn't allow non-"members" to take a peek into their secluded resort. You wanna see it .. pay an "entrance fee" of a minimum of 2 nights stay. Not a very cheap 2 nights stay price if you ask me. So here's a sneak peak of it.

People ask "Why Cherating?" It's like everyone doesn't have much confidence in Malaysian standards when it comes to international stuff. Everything overseas to us seems better .. for some reasons .. alot of reasons .. mainly some in particular. Go figure. But apparently ClubMed Cherating is the biggest in South East Asia .. I was kinda disappointed when my idea on ClubMed Bintan was turned down by others. Well at least it was within our range. Mind you. Could've chosen anywhere if the dollar wasn't an issue.

Was expecting the place to blew me away .. with the whoa's and the aahh's. But it was .. mmm .. well, ok. I set my standards kinda high coz the resort's overrated. I heard they set aside this huge sum of money (what was is? 1 billion?) to refurbish the resort. Don't think they have yet. But it's not all too bad. I repeat .. I overepected.

Loads to do .. only recommended for the adventurous. Very unsuitable for tai-tai wannabes, snow-white wannabes, dainty-no dirt-no sweat-no unladylike hopping running and climbing about-people, or any people that falls under a similar grouping. You pay the premium price .. to have FUN. Otherwise, go home and regret coz you'll rather spend the cash somewhere else.

What is there to do?

Swim

Walk through nature ..

To uncover a hidden cove ... paradise ...

Catamaran Ride ...Kayaking (no one could take pics for me .. or even bothered to do so) ..

Play beach volleyball ..

Take loads of pics ....
Won't post skimpy pics of others without their permission .. and BigOne's shy .. so no topless pics of him. But all the best pics of us were taken here!!!!

Archery ...

Have loads of meals .. Breakfast, Late Breakfast, Lunch, Late Lunch/Afternoon tea, Dinner ..

Have nice dinner at their specialty restaurant ..

Beef tenderloin fillet with forrester sauce, bouquet vegetables, potato chips and spring onion meuniere

Cream caramel with vanilla ice creamRelax at the other beach (there are 2 beaches .. the happening one and the relaxing one) Get burned tanned .. Play pingpong ...

Workout .. to aqua aerobics (so can die ok!), yoga, tennis, badminton, basketball, rollerblading, etc etc etc etc ..................................

Do some extreme sports ..

Men are so sexy when they are strong ...

Spider-babe .. more like a lizard in stationary mode waiting for a fly to pop by ..

Bungy bounce nearly killed me ..

And go on a double suicide on the trapeze ... And be soooooooo proud .. to be able to graduate with a Knee-Hang Catch

Join the fun each night of dancing and games with a bunch of strangers ...

Won a medal in limbo rock ... hard work at yoga pays off ...

Motherhood training .. Get youself a new found son ... I swear, everyone thought YuFong (in red) was my son. They'll be so damned if it was true .. what a hot mama ... hahaha~

Head to the turtle farm ..

Have fun with bunch of wacky people...

Wear yourself out ... this is not a relaxing holiday! I was so busted that my body ached for the following week ..

and of course .. no matter how amazing the place is, it will never be that amazing being there without your loved one.
