Unacceptable

What is the key competencies of a business in a service line?

Bloody SERVICE.

Super duper atrociously unacceptable experience.

It's not like OldTown is not known for bloody bad service .. I recall having visited a forum created just to slam OldTown outlets nationwide.

I've been neutral so far ... until .................
from Old Town Taman Molek, JB Outlet

This what you get for ordering a cold drink with less ice.

Like someone bloody took 2-3 sips off your drink.

And when we confronted the supervisor .. he said it is because we requested for less ice, without a slight feeling of remorse. Didn't even offer to change a new glass.

How can you bloody serve this cup to your customers?

We were so furious that we demanded to speak to the Manager but ended up with a reply of "Our manager's only on morning shift." =.=!

I wonder if our request / message is highlighted to the Manager the next morning. For all you know they would give a flying f**k about what you think.

Come on .. that extra ml of tea/milk/water wouldn't improve your margin by even 1%. And changing a new glass for your customer is the least you could do after ripping off customers for the price that they're charging.

And you thought Starbucks and CoffeeBean are expensive. At least you'll never complain and you'll be cared and heard there.

Yeah..darn ironic if you ask me! When the whole world was booming I was struggling..now that the whole world is in turmoil I am reaping the benefits! Doesn't sound right does it?
Anyway, good luck to you on all your future endeavours and here's hoping you have found the right man..
